Materials & recovery
Polypropylene done right.
Polypropylene packaging is one of the most recyclable formats on the market, when it is engineered for it. Suraj has spent two decades reducing material per bag, recovering scrap inside the plant, and shipping bags that the cement plants and food brands can responsibly retire.

Our approach
How we work at it
Recyclable polypropylene
PP is a single-polymer, mono-material packaging, recyclable through standard streams once cleaned. We engineer our bags so they don't get downgraded by mixed laminates wherever a customer's recycling chain allows it.
Right-weight every bag
We work to the specification you set: your drop-test, your stack-test, your BIS or in-house standard. Twenty years of process experience then lets us run that spec at the lowest tape denier and GSM the bag can carry without compromising performance. Less plastic per bag is the simplest sustainability gain there is.
In-house scrap recovery
PVC pipe trim is reground into granules and re-extruded. Rotational-moulding tank scrap returns to the line as LLDPE re-grinding compound. Mis-print and loom-defect bag fabric is reprocessed. Tape extrusion waste is recovered as PP lumps. Used PP raw-material sacks from IOCL and Haldia come back into circulation. Industrial waste does not leave our gate as plastic; it leaves as the next product.
BIS-compliant, food-safe formulations
Our food-contact and pet-food laminates conform to FSSAI and BIS food-grade requirements. Compliance is non-negotiable, not a marketing claim.
Built local, shipped local
Four manufacturing units across India means short, road-rail supply chains. We don't fly bags around the world to sell them.
Our position
“Less plastic in the bag is the simplest sustainability gain there is. We'd rather ship a thinner bag that passes the drop test than a thicker one that never needed the extra plastic.”
